"If there's one set of people who are not going to be afraid to share feedback, it's going to be customers," he says. "So what I would do is I would sit down and come up with actually a couple of target groups." The first would be my target company's customers; the second was their competitors because they're all after the same audience. And then third: Just trying to use the product or learn about the product myself.
