i had this massive hip pane, back pane d al, this kind of stuff. For four weeks i didn't do any dead lifts or squats or carrle bell swings. They're like my three favourite things to do. And it was just like really bothering me that i couldn't do it. Not to mention i was just in constant pain for like four weeks,. Literally, a and some literally sitting. Everything was just constant, constant pain. But after listening to the audio books real, all three of em, i feel so much better now. That's why i wanted to share this episode iyou because i just think it's so freeing to be painfree.
