Recovering Costs Through Rental Increases
Interest rates have been dropping for some time almost to the point where it was at free money. So there's conversations, if at the very least in people's heads all over the country, thinking the same thing that we've got here from Adam. We've had around 13% growth in rents since 2012 nationally versus inflation running at around 26%. So we are definitely paying catch up when it comes to those rents. But the market is the market. And I think the important point here is that more generally, you are going to see rents go higher.
