Citibank's B-More program was very, very successful in terms of changing that focus from courses to campaigns. They adopted what they call the three E's - learning through education, experience and exposure. The bank also run a 30-day challenge which is sort of micro activities that people are expected to carry out each day. David: I just want my hypothesis being that if people perform they left like to leave. Yes, I don't have data on that but I believe that was the case.
