The Effects of a Positive or Negative Calcium Score on APOB
If you're already taking a statin, well, I guess it's conceivable that if you did get an angiogram and you saw that you now had a positive calcium score, you might decide to add a PCSK9 inhibitor on top of a statin. You know, for a for atherosclerosis to be so significant that you would actually take an intervention in an asymptomatic individual is another situation. So there's a whole other world which says, okay, you know, when do you put a stent in one of those coronary arteries, but at what level of occlusion do you put the stent in? And that's a separate issue.
