The Importance of Emotional Bandwidth in Dawa
The Prophet Salaahu Alaihi Wasallam was so successful in his influence because he had expanded his emotional bandwidth to such a degree that not only could he carry his own burdens, but others that had burdens would naturally offload their burdens on the message of Allah SWT. So even for our own benefit there is great virtue in pardoning and forgiving others. And this is why it's so important to have a framework of how to deal with your own problems.
