The number of girls that get pregnant in their first semester of college is overwhelming compared to control girls so it's a really big issue. There are no reason to work with a psychiatrist unless your intention is to pursue medication but even if you are going to pursue medication it might be better to work with another kind of professional or other kinds of support.
