Meditation - The Initiation of Mindfulness
When you are in a bad state that wants to continue itself, it's like an addiction. So i like to imagine that there are little energy angels all around me, and they can help me if i ask out loud. This is just a power way to initiate the change of a current state of feeling. Ar five number six, this one's no brainer, but i still love em mindfulness, many mindfulness moments. In that moment, nstead of beating yourself up, focus on the sky, a plant, am the sounds around you for even a minute.
