Is There a Difference Between Animation and Continuous Fluid Interactivity?

The biggest place that you see problems around this is that it's very difficult to specify animations this way and havent be interruptible. Like let me make things that are interactive, even if adon't ou nof you've made stuff with like the pointer API. And now so vents effectively and like, responds reasonably to when there's multiple touches on the screen. It's like this huge burdenn overhead on the web.
