I Don't Know What Religion Is, but It's Not a Religion
When we remove religion from our socionomic systems, that's when we lea, what leads us to statism and totalitarianism. I think the artical argument for that is very clear. We also have to hold religion accountable for its sometimes genicidal behavior. It has also been a vehicle for massive self deception at the level of distributed cognition.
