How to Be Late on Your Feet When Running

Be mindful as you're coming off technical terrain into more runnable and even like flatter ground terrain too. Try to be as late on your feet as possible within reason. As you're practicing the chop, that might be the most important thing of all. You are a water dancer over the rocks. Not trying to choose the perfect line. Just flowing in a relatively straight line down a beautiful trail.
