The e u. Trust fund for africa is a multi billion uro pot of money that's being spent in 26 African countries. There isn't the same oversight on this spending, as there is on other e u Spend in and the money is effectively being paid to try and stop migration through like, a huge range of means. And then, yes, i think thereare a lot of allegations in s of that money, whether it's actually propping up, kind of, in libia, malitias or increasing abuses.
