Is China a Siber Threat?

The past few years have sort of been dominated by this discussion of russia. Is that emphasis sort of well founded, or are we overly focusing on specific facts at the expense of a broader strategic conversation? I would argue that for too long, this country has actually been under focused on the counter intelligence threat from china. Ah, there is nothing like it. A, and i'm not somebody who a is prone to hyperbole, but of all the things that surprised me when i came back into this world, ah, the thing that most shocked me was the the scale of the chinese counter itelligence threat.
