Rupert Murdoch - Is That a Libel Case?

When I saw that stuff from Rupert Murdoch saying, yeah, we're just doing this for the money, it may be think of a libel case. The student newspaper ran with the story though and they published it. And the next day their lawyer called him up and his advice to them was, if he asks you for anything less than a million dollars, write the check and that's that. But man, that's gonna be just hard to go in and defend.
