CNN's John Sutter runs across a Gallup poll that asked respondents what percentage of people who are executed, they believe were in fact innocent. The majority of respondents said less than 5%. So people at some gut level would agree with the low end of that number. But when we get up to one in three, he says, "I think everybody should have a real problem"
