I wanted to ask you about code bar again, because i've known about code bar for years. In fact, at my previous starts hav we hoisted a couple of their meetups in our office,. But i never truly understood what it's all about. Still, people always tell me the most amazing things. Cod bar is basically a non profit organization which has the goal to help minorities to break in to day by offering weekly workshops where you can go and do like one hour of coding with this person or they explain to you something you didn't understand. Ti, its somehow like a private mentoring, or one to two maximum. It's completely volunteer run. Before the pandemic
