There's two different questions. And previously we h've called them a surface i i guess the way to to see the difference is that, no, that something happens is what you could call superficial, surface causal knowledge. You know at least that in a certain percentage apopulation something has happened. But then there is another question, which has been called a deep causal knowledge, which is like how something happened. And so is the question of, what is the mechanism of intervention a, for example? That's a different question as to whether intervention a is an effect ife intervention.
