A, my ask is that you take a moment and you find an opportunity to create beauty every single day. It can take five seconds or five minutes, but i promise you that if we all meed it a daily practice, whatever 20 22 has, we'll get through it a little bit easier. I holding someone's hand, or laughing, or sharing a good bowlofa or um. Ecause sometimes we don't realize that there is a lot of joy in our life. But im ye, just find and appreciate the small joys in your life. So i wold im mine would be ti to find joy in even the smallest things.
