The Way We Teach Science
The first thing we have to do with these kids is actually teach them optimism. And i think that this all hearkens back to the way we teach science in our schools which is very badly, very badly. So if you really love dolphins, the most important thing you can do for a dolphin right now is clean up its water. We've got kids at an age when they want to make a difference in the world. They're passionate. Let's harness that for real change in the world and get them involved in makingi doing these measurementsthat nobody else is doing,. solving problems that nobody else is solving, learning how to solve problems.
