Vladimir putton a has accomplished what no american president was able to, getting the germans to reconsider their approach to their own military spending towards russia. And it's a a shift which appears to not only be taking place at the top pestalancs of government, but throughout society. Am i right to say it's a positive one for the united states? It's absolutely positive. Hopefully this is a sustained the german attitudes that is not te not the russian invasion.
