The USDA's Field Efficiency Model

In the field, things are harder to control than you would find in a facility. The USDA is present to make sure that animal is supposed to be harvested humanely. We don't interact with these animals at all prior to that rendering or harvesting process. They are entirely wild. And what we developed was a particular shooting system that allows and or standardize our shooters to miss on purpose 30%.
