Youth Transition - Why Isn't Anyone Talking About the D Transitioners?

I was interviewing a trans woman the other night and she said one of her friends is a D transitioner. She says like, I haven't gone back to being a man, but now I'm just a different weirder gender. And so the conversation about youth transition has been, I think completely hijacked by this question: Why isn't anyone talking about the D transitioners?
