Dino says he was put off by goat's cheese because it did have this aftertaste and it kind of reminded him of the lamb aftertaste But like even stronger. Ghost cheese also tastes dusty. I think deer taste closer to beef than it does. It doesn't have that same gamey quality as bears or wolves.
