I'm quite thrilled and humbled that I have what I describe as the best drug development team in the world. And it's basically the same team that has worked with me at pharmacyclics in a server. So when you have a group of people like this to come together and we're a small nimble team or 33 people, and we're all driven by making a difference in patients lives. We've taken ideas on paper and now we're filing I and D's.
