Measurement Is a Very Important Input in Organizational Development

A lot of times you'll see a ones that actually be about a capacity a building. It's an example of an input that you've seen in organization measure just, again, keep that momentum going when it might take a long time to measure the outpt. And then my last thought on that one, because this one comes up all the time, is, just because you can't measure something doesn't mean that it's not valuable.
