What Is EMDR?

EMDR stands for Eye Movement, Decensitization and Reprocessing. It is an evidence-based therapy that has been researched at the Wazoo. If you have stuff stuck in your nervous system that you are reliving or replaying out, EMDR could absolutely be a great therapy intervention to explore. "I think a EMDR is kind of like Drano for the brain, oh I can ask it for your nervous system," she says.
