In some of your poems, you have these sort of a, i don't know if you would call them titles or a, small phrases by they seem like actually names. And instances would be, in a poem, you have something called the ministry of public instruction. Another one porest of wearisome sadness. So these are like titles, their every word is capitalized. I'm just wondering if, if this is something, iDon't know about poetic theory, but can you talk about that? Sure. A, it's completely idiosyncratic to me.
