I read every Garfield strip published up until I was in my teens. There's more of them than you think. Mike Judge who did Beavis and Butthad is the most successful. Zach Wiener Smith of Seton Morning Breakfast Cereal, also has a degree in physics from Amherst. You can sit at home in your pajamas all day and draw,. That sounds like a nice job. It turned out not to be quite the barrier I thought it was.
