The threat from Putin is real because his military is, you might say, significantly underperform. We have a very sick, mentally unhinged, dangerous man in the Oval Office. I do not excuse Vladimir Putin's genocidal monstrous attacks of the people of Ukraine and so forth. That's not my point. The putinoids do that. But we've got an enemy impute and an enemyimpute. So he knows that I could use them. So I'm going to use them.
