Most skills actually involve all three to some extent. For instance, if youare learning mandarin, being able to hear the tones is a perceptual skill. There is a motor skill in learning a language, in producing the language. So like moving your tongue and pronouncing things in the right direction. One of the key things for motor skills and for perceptual skills is to get a lot of practice with feedback. And then you want to be getting lots of practice with very close feedback to find tuni.
