The Variability of Sustained Work at Different Intensities

If someone's not good at something, I'd love to get them good at that. The only counter to that is you don't precisely know why or what's changing until we've measured it. And so having a monotonous training model can do quite a lot of things about people but one thing that's useful is talking about polarized training. Most people feel like they need to kind of work in this area more than the other areas. It was perhaps used to happen back in the 1980s and '90s with Peter keen who started British cycling revolution excuse the pun.
