Psilocybin has several generic effects. It's just the type of serotonin that it binds to is slightly different. What we know that it does for people is a process called opening up the brain. So imagine if you are someone with treatment resistant depression, you've got yourself stuck in this chronic sadness. And all of your thoughts are very negative and despotic. You can't kind of shift yourself into a happy way of thinking. One of the other conditions that we think it works for is like anorexia. They get themselves stuck in, I feel fat and they can't move.
