The Benefits of Jogging

Brad: Running injuries are super common, hard to avoid. We all have to go through that injury cycle if we continue to run through our lifespan. 50% of all runners will experience some sort of interruption to their training program on an annual basis. Hamish: I'm pushing but guiding people towards picking up some jogging as part of their rehabilitation If it's for a need that they've never considered running for or a wreck. It's so multimodal in its benefits.
