How to Increase Steps While Working

If you were to split your day into roughly 50% sitting, 50% standing or at least 20 to 30% standing, that is probably optimal. I think it's a great hack to use a word I don't really like for increasing steps while you're working. You can also do it with a standing desk or ideally an adjustable desk that allows you to sit or stand.
