How to Be a Better Brewer

Van Havick: There's an awful lot of anecdotal belief out there that results in behavior that I think is potentially really not right. When you do those studies, make sure you document them and bring them forward to the technical quarterly so that they can be shared with your fellow brewers. Get them to MBA. Present them at your local meeting. It doesn't really take much to write up a nice paper and get it published in the TQ. They're valuable for all communities.
