The IV tegaterm tends to be kind of like a oval or rectangular shaped tegaterM that has a little notch in the middle and where that notch goes. I typically like to have that notch go right at the interface of where that IV catheter lorilox with IV tubing and secure at that point. There are usually reinforcing strips of tape on the tegaterms that you can use to secure it in a variety of ways.
