I think a lot of people say I don't have time to train when they mean I don't prioritize training. My favorite total body exercises are the deadlift or the clean and press. If calisthenics gets you to exercise and get better every day, I love it. Instead of just one, I'll give you three ice cream flavors: cookies and cream, strawberry and rum raising.
