The Colorado Department of Transportation Closes I 70 Eastbound at Floyd Hill
Colorado's Department of Transportation sometimes closes I 70 eastbound at Floyd Hill for about 45 minutes during morning rush hour. "I've only ever seen hot ways closed when you have in terms of regularly closing a highway," says CNN's John Sutter. The whole stretch of interstate is closed eastbound, with a detour in place.
