The Single Family Construction Market Is Going to Weaken
We're seeing starts decline, starts with decline in the past three months. More importantly from a pipeline perspective, if we look at those projects coming into the earliest stages of planning, so we call them in Nerve World version one reports. Projects in that space are down about 15% from where they were at the end of 2022. So definitely not just the start side, but the planning side of the equation is falling as well.
