How to Bring a Low Time Preference Mentality to Venture Capital

Jeff Bezos: How do we get the these tools in the hands of more people, right? Bitcoin and noster. There needs to be some kind of concerted and coordinated investment and building efforts for these tools. Ego Death Capital is actively involved in promoting some of these new tools. But the question I had is, how do we bring a low time preference mentality to venture capital, especially for noster and Bitcoin projects?
