Genetic Diversity in Agriculture and Biodiversity
In the 20th century, we really crack some big problems about productivity in the food system. But they have come with consequences that we couldn't really foresee. And I'm arguing that we need to return to greater genetic diversity. Some of the clues in terms of where that genetic diversity is lies in some of the endangered foods,. perhaps even some of the traditions that we neglected and dismissed as being old fashioned or backward or primitive.
