Enchantment and Entice
The difference between delight and entice is that in your scenario, the person is going out on an adventure to try to go obtain a thing. In my curriculum, the delight comes from simply recognizing yourself and certain truths about the world. The teacher's motivation sort of sets the course. It's very hard, even if the students are well motivated for it to go anywhere positive. Students are badly wired to acquire useful stuff.
