I Don't Know What to Do With a College Degree

When we ask the government to subsidize college education, there's a race amongst universities to admit more and more students. And then you end up in a situation like we are now where 50% of some demographics have college degrees. If everybody's got this thing, how useful is it? You know, if the last 10 people I hired had college degrees and nine of them turned out to be idiots who didn't do the job particularly well,. It actually has a negative effect. Maybe this isn't the criteria I should be using.
