What do both non-elite and more conservative Indian people think about this? Because you're talking about young men coming from dirt poor families in prostitution, living really, really hard lives. So they're not, it's a slightly complex outcast role. Whereas then you have the rich families who are going overseas to medicalize their distress. That's clearly a completely different social strata.
