Is China on the Treadmill to Hell?

The Dutch government's reticence to kind of be public about joining on to US semiconductor restrictions shouldn't necessarily be read as the Dutch government wanting to be soft on China. The share of sold completed units out of all the newly built units that were sold increased from 9.5% in 2021 to roughly 14% at the end of 2022. That sounds terrible. If they're not yelling at some kind of function that's a bodily function that's going on. But I'm still inclined to say they're going to be able to run longer than anybody thinks. They've weathered the COVID-19 storm better than anybody thought and haven't really blinked at the real estate crisis yet
