How Important Is Checking the Irradiance of Your Light?
Just because the composite is hard, perhaps doesn't mean that it's completely polymerized. We know that the polymerization reaction continues long after the curing lights off even hours later. So I think that the only way you're going to be guaranteed is by checking the output of the light to make sure that it's at least constant. Even if your light meter is not totally accurate, it at least will tell you if things are dropping off.
