The Pros and Cons of Trump's Argument That He Won the Election
There's a mountain of evidence that Trump was told repeatedly that he lost by everyone around. He can't weaponize that in his statements and order people to do your bidding, but that crosses the line into action. The men's ray or criminal intense defense is what we call the bad intent defense. And so Trump's argument is, I legitimately thought I won; therefore, I don't have the requisite criminal intent to commit a crime.
