If you remove the kernels, you can then mix the kernels with all different kinds of seasonings that make the corn more interesting and exciting to eat. I would love like some crumbled, dry, salty cheese, or feted cheese, ontoa coti a,. maybe slice up some cherry tomatoes and mix em in there. Avacado and scallions. Even saw a great looking recipe for on ceronels in a in a cook book that i picked up called milk street, the world in a skillet. That's a cheap shot, ha, ha. Using my own recipe against me.
