Jim Boulden: Heart math has discovered what they call coherent breathing. It's bringing the wavelengths that the brain emits and the heart emits. He says if you breathe at a rate of five seconds for inhale, five seconds for exhale, for several weeks, you will actually change the coherence of your brain and your heart waves together. "I do this coherent breathing before I go to bed and after I wake up," he said.
