Is St. Mary's a Good Team in the NCAA Tournament?

I feel like the issue with St. Mary's is more they're just really they're not very athletic, but they are very skilled. And in their league, they don't have to face other really athletic teams. So they just have a large advantage in skill and they can destroy teams in the, you know, 100 to 200 range because of their skill. But that ability does not translate well to like elite teams at the NCAA tournament who are more athletic than them.
